使用直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)發生器前,需要(yao)仔細檢查高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸出線與其他(ta)物(wu)(wu)體之間(jian)是(shi)否(fou)有足夠的(de)(de)安全距離,被測(ce)(ce)(ce)物(wu)(wu)體高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側是(shi)否(fou)有足夠的(de)(de)安全距離。測(ce)(ce)(ce)試結束后,測(ce)(ce)(ce)試人員必須將直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)發生器的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降至零位并打開明顯(xian)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源切斷點,然后才(cai)能使用放(fang)電(dian)(dian)棒對測(ce)(ce)(ce)試對象(xiang)進行放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。整個放(fang)電(dian)(dian)過(guo)程分為(wei)兩部分。
放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒(bang)(bang)不應立即(ji)接觸(chu)被測物。放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)頭部應逐漸(jian)靠近被測物。無聲時,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒(bang)(bang)可直(zhi)接接地線放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。直(zhi)流高壓發生(sheng)器微電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流表(biao)的(de)(de)使用壽命直(zhi)接關系(xi)到測試儀的(de)(de)操(cao)作方法。接線質(zhi)量(liang)和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時間直(zhi)接關系(xi)到微電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流表(biao)的(de)(de)壽命。
直(zhi)流高壓(ya)發(fa)生器(qi)微電(dian)流表(biao)規格(ge)及配置:
常(chang)(chang)規測(ce)試(shi)(shi)中,避雷器的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)漏電(dian)(dian)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)為(wei)1mA電(dian)(dian)流(liu)和75%參考電(dian)(dian)壓下的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)漏電(dian)(dian)測(ce)試(shi)(shi),最大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)值為(wei)1000ua。在常(chang)(chang)規測(ce)試(shi)(shi)中,電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)泄(xie)漏測(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)值較小。直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓發生器的(de)(de)微安表通常(chang)(chang)采用三(san)位(wei)半液晶(jing)顯示(范(fan)圍:0-1999ua),對于(yu)常(chang)(chang)規直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)漏電(dian)(dian)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)項目來(lai)說,這(zhe)個范(fan)圍足夠了。
只有經常使用大容量電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)時,才需要(yao)更大范(fan)(fan)圍的微(wei)安表。由于電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)加壓時充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流比較大,建議選擇4.5位液晶(jing)微(wei)安表(范(fan)(fan)圍:0-19999ua或0-1999.9ua)。
