發電機定子端部絕緣測試儀,是利用表面電位法(又稱電位外移法)檢測發電機定子線棒絕緣缺陷的絕緣測試方法。通過檢測定子端部手包絕緣的密實性及相對絕緣強度。它可以彌補發電機定子繞組交、直流耐壓試驗所發現不了的端部絕緣缺陷的不足。可以發現引線包絕緣不良,線圈鼻端絕緣包扎缺陷,絕緣盒填充泥填充不滿,綁扎滌玻繩固化不良及端部接頭處定子空心銅線焊接質量不良造成的滲透等缺陷。發電機定子線圈端部表面電位測量是一項新的試驗項目,線圈端部起到了監督作用,進一步提高了發電機安全運行的可靠性。

試驗方法:
1 試驗(yan)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)發電(dian)機定子(zi)線(xian)圈端部絕緣判(pan)斷標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),是加(jia)2 倍的(de)額定電(dian)壓,漏泄電(dian)流不(bu)大于1微安(an)

3 測試原理將直流電壓加在定子線棒正常時由于線棒絕緣的體積電阻Ρρ 遠遠大于表面電阻ρσ , 對地電壓很低, 若某一線棒絕緣存在缺陷,它
的(de)電壓(ya)分布(bu)將發生(sheng)明顯的(de)變化,絕緣(yuan)存在缺(que)陷時, Ρρ 減小,絕緣(yuan)壓(ya)降(jiang)也降(jiang)低,致使缺(que)陷部位對(dui)地電壓(ya)增高。
4 測試方法將繞組三相引出線用導線短路連接,直流高壓發生器加2倍電壓

注意事項:
1、錫(xi)(xi)箔(bo)紙(zhi)纏包端部時,一定要(yao)包裹緊密,否(fou)則錫(xi)(xi)箔(bo)紙(zhi)和(he)絕緣表面會構成電(dian)容,測量桿(gan)接(jie)觸(chu)時會有較大的放電(dian)電(dian)流(liu),造成誤判斷。
2、端(duan)部(bu)(bu)包(bao)裹時分(fen)為(wei)線(xian)棒側(ce)和(he)引(yin)水管側(ce),間隔大(da)于3厘米,電位(wei)高時便于查找是哪一側(ce)的問題,其實zui主(zhu)要(yao)的點是根部(bu)(bu)和(he)錐(zhui)部(bu)(bu),中間部(bu)(bu)位(wei)測量意義不大(da)。
3、測量桿串接的微安表用數(shu)字式(shi)微安表,即便于讀數(shu)又可電流大時保(bao)護表記。
4、端部(bu)(bu)接(jie)頭因為在在機殼下部(bu)(bu),不易測量,提(ti)前用引線引出。
5、zui重要的是記(ji)正確異(yi)常槽號,避免張冠李戴,切記(ji)切記(ji)!
6、發(fa)電機不通水的情況下進行試(shi)驗,要求先將定(ding)子冷(leng)卻水*吹凈。
